ELY launches as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum after a public, fixed-price presale with the same terms for everyone, then migrates 1:1 to the native Elyra Mainnet asset once the L1 goes live.
TOKEN LAUNCH & MIGRATION PATH
The Ethereum-to-Mainnet migration is strictly 1:1 — no dilution, no re-allocation. ERC-20 ELY is locked/burned on Ethereum as native ELY is released 1:1 on Elyra. Native ELY then becomes the network's core asset: gas, staking/validator incentives and governance.

Genesis Testnet: EVM-compatible network, RPC infrastructure, block explorer, faucet, agent registry and bounded agent wallets as smart contracts, developer documentation. Public fixed-price presale and ERC-20 launch on Ethereum.
Developer onboarding, grants and hackathons, ecosystem applications, independent validator operators joining the testnet, network stability and performance work.
Protocol-native Agent Identity, Agent Wallets, Agent Runtime, Autonomous Execution Engine and Execution Memory — introduced progressively and audited before Mainnet.
Mainnet activation: the Elyra Mainnet goes live as an independent Layer 1, the bridge opens and ERC-20 ELY migrates 1:1 to native ELY. Agent-to-agent coordination and machine-driven economic activity.
